Each of our monthly packages is designed to support your business at different stages of growth:
- Starter Support → ideal for light admin and inbox/calendar support
Estimated: up to 15 hours/month
- Growth Partner → perfect for admin + CRM coordination + project tracking
Estimated: up to 25 hours/month
- Executive Services → built for full operational support + onboarding + strategy
Estimated: up to 40 hours/month
You’ll receive a personalized plan during onboarding that outlines deliverables based on your priorities. -
Great question! Both provide ongoing support, but Retainer Plans offer built-in savings and priority scheduling. You lock in a support level and rate for a longer term:
- 3-Month Retainer: Save $50/month
- 6-Month Retainer: Save $100/month
- 12-Month Retainer: Save $150/month
Retainers also ensure you get dedicated availability, which is especially helpful if your needs fluctuate. -
For monthly packages, support hours do not roll over as availability is scheduled in advance.
For Retainer Plans, we build in some flexibility — if something comes up and you're under your support hours for the month, we allow limited carryover (up to 5 hours) to the next month within the same plan term. -
Absolutely. We know your needs may grow, so you can upgrade your package or retainer level at any time with a simple adjustment. We’ll reassess your service scope during our monthly review call or by request.

We’ll notify you if we’re approaching your monthly support capacity. You can choose to:
- Add an on-demand support block (billed separately), or
- Upgrade your package the following month.
We’ll always communicate clearly before making any changes. -
Our focus is on ongoing monthly support for maximum client results.
However, we occasionally accept short-term or one-off projects depending on availability. If you have a specific project in mind (like CRM setup, inbox overhaul, or onboarding revamp), please reach out directly to discuss scope and timing. -
We prioritize secure, streamlined systems that integrate well with growing businesses. Our core operational platform is Zoho One, which we use for everything from CRM and project management to invoicing and communication.
We also use LastPass for securely storing and managing client credentials, ensuring safe and organized access to the tools we need to support your business.
