  • Yes — one-time services are a major part of what I offer. These are flat-fee, standalone projects designed to deliver high-quality results without requiring a long-term commitment. They’re perfect if you need something specific done quickly and professionally.

  • Here are some of the most requested one-time services:

  • Each of my monthly plans and retainer options is designed to support creators, entrepreneurs, and small teams with consistent, focused service:

    - Small Teams Support – $1,600/month: Data Dashboard Management, Ongoing CRM Data Quality Control, Admin Task Automation & Support.

    - Entrepreneur Support – $1,200/month: Executive Briefing Documents, Competitor Snapshot Reporting, Investor/Stakeholder Presentations.

    - Creator Support – $500/month: YouTube Thumbnail Creation, Channel Banner Design, Monthly Brand Visual Update.

  • Great question! Both provide ongoing support, but Retainer Plans offer built-in savings and priority scheduling. You lock in a support level and rate for a longer term:

    - 3-Month Retainer: $600/month → Total: $1,800

    - 6-Month Retainer: $575/month → Total: $3,450

    - 12-Month Retainer: $550/month → Total: $6,600

    Retainers also ensure you get dedicated availability, which is especially helpful if your needs fluctuate month to month.

  • For monthly packages, support hours do not roll over as availability is scheduled in advance.

    For Retainer Plans, I build in some flexibility — if something comes up and you're under your support hours for the month, I allow limited carryover (up to 5 hours) to the next month within the same plan term.

  • Absolutely. I know your needs may grow, so you can upgrade your package or retainer level at any time with a simple adjustment. I’ll reassess your service scope during my monthly review call or by request.

  • I’ll notify you if I’m approaching your monthly support capacity. You can choose to:

    - Add an on-demand support block (billed separately), or
    - Upgrade your package the following month.

    I’ll always communicate clearly before making any changes.

  • You’ll only need a few simple tools to work with me — all designed to make your experience smooth and secure:

    - Client Portal: Access your invoices and service agreements in one place.

    - Zoho Forms: You'll complete my custom intake forms and project scopes through Zoho Forms — no accounts or logins needed.

    - Email + Google Drive or Dropbox (Optional): Depending on your project type, I may need secure cloud links to share deliverables or receive files from you.

    I keep it simple — no complicated software or systems to learn. I handle the backend, so you can stay focused on your business.

  • I accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payments can be made directly through your client invoice link.

  • Absolutely. You can enable auto-pay securely through the invoice page or by request during onboarding. This ensures uninterrupted service and peace of mind.

  • Services may be suspended 5 business days after a missed payment. A 5% late fee applies after 7 days. If you need flexibility, just let me know — I’m happy to work with you when communicated in advance.
